St. Xavier’s College was selected to partner with UNISG to organize ACT 2006. 20 students from St. Xavier’s visited St. Gallens in Switzerland for 10 days in May, followed by a visit of 20 students from UNISG, hosted by St. Xavier’s. The students were able to develop a fundamental understanding of the economical, social, cultural and educational situations in both countries, deal with conflicts arising from cultural differences and dispose of their stereotypical prejudices.
